Poha Laddu Recipe | How to make Poha Laddu | (Aval Laddu)

Hi friends, thank you all for visiting my website and @EATeasyvegrecipes youtube channel. Today's recipe is poha laddu or aval laddu. Aval or poha or atukulu laddu is another popular sweet made during janmashtami or Krishna Ashtami. Atukulu, poha or aval are said to be the most favourite to lord Krishna. Mostly recipes prepared with poha, aval or atukulu offered to him on Krishnashtami festival.
Coming to the recipe it is very easy and simple dish. Actullay aval laddu is also another no cooking recipe. Roasting the poha is only optional. It can increase the flavoour of the poha. We make poha laddu with jaggery only. Combination of poha and jaggery is also good for health and boosts the immunity too. Poha ladoo can be made with very less ingredients like poha, coconut and jaggery. To get a crunchy taste we can add nuts like, cashew nuts, almonds and rasins too. My grandmother used to make poha laddu without roasting the poha. But I started rosting them as they get a crunchy taste.
