Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Besa/Gram Flour
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 10 to 12 Cashew Nuts
Procedure:
  1. Grind sugar to make smooth powder.
  2. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
  3. Add cashew nuts and fry them till they become golden brown.
  4. Keep them aside.
  5. Again heat ghee in the same kadai, add gram flour or besan.
  6. On a low flame roast the besan till it turns aromatic.
