We can make different ways of pulao like paneer pulao, veg pulao etc., But the best way of enjoying pulao while getting rich proteins is soya biryani or soya pulao. Easy to cook and have a great taste. Soya bean or soya chunks or even we call them meal maker can be combined with any vegetable to make it more palatable. We use soya granules to make protein packed soya biryani. It is tastier than it is actually when we add lots of vegetables. Soya biryani is an one pot meals which even bachelore's can also make it easily.
