Hi friends, thank you all for visiting my website and @EATeasyvegrecipes youtube channel. Today's recipe is salt lassi. Lassi is another buttermilk based beverage. Normally it is served during summer season. Salt lassi is very simple and easy lassi which can be made anytime during the day. We prefer to offer salt lassi to the guests whoever visit us in the hot summer days. Salt lassi requires very less ingredients. There are lot of benefits of salt lassi. Salt lassi keeps our body heat under control. Not only that salt lassi keeps us hydrated for a longer time. We get masala lassi in tetra packs, but I like to make it by myself and serve.
I always prefer to homemade curd for any buttermilk or curd based recipes. So I always keep 1 litre curd made at home and handy. If homemade curd or buttermilk is available you can use store bought buttermilk or curd anytime. But take care that it should not be sour in taste.
