Eggless Banana bread - best teatime snacks for kids
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- Preheat the the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 mins.
- Grease and dust a 8" round baking tin or 9" long bread mould tin. Keep aside.
- In a dry and clean bowl, sieve maida/all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Keep it aside.
- In a blender jar add bananas, sugar, oil, curd and vanilla essence.
- Blend them all well.
- Pour the blended banana mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Combine them and fold the batter till there were no lumps.
- Transfer the entire eggless banana bread batter into the greased tin.
- Bake it for 20 mins at 180 degrees and then another 15 mins at 170 degrees.
- Or till the piercing knife comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for 15 to 20 mins.
- Demould from the baking tin and cut into pieces.
- Serve eggless banana bread with hot cup of tea or milk.
