Hi friends, today's recipe is black chana sundal. Sundal is a very simple and healthy way of consuming any pulses. Here I am giving easy sundal recipe, we can have it as an evening snack item or a mid day meal. Chana sundal is filling and also good source of protien, dietery fible and Vitamin C. When we were kids we used to get them in a shop near our house. During rainy season we used to get them and enjoy. During the festival season like Dusara or Ganesh Chathurthi sundal is one of offering to the deity. Even during varalakshmi puja also serving sundal is one of the best offering. Making sundal is very easy and we just have to soak them in advance. If we are offering sundal to deity we skip adding onions, otherwise we can add onions to get flavourful taste. In this post I am giving sundal recipe with oinions only as I made them as an evening snack item.
