Radish Salad Recipe | How to make White Radish Salad | (Salad for Leafy Vegetable Dals)

Hi friends, thank you all for visiting my website. Today's recipe is Radish salad, in a simple way mullangi mukkalu. It is no cooking recipe. Very simple and tasty recipe to be served with dal. Normally we serve fryums or papad with dals, but if you want to avoid deep oil fries radish sald is the best recipe to go. We normally use radish for making pachadi, or we make parathas with radish. Another simplest way to include radish in your regular diet is making salad. Radishes are good source of antioxidants, rich in vitamin C which helps in protecting cells from damage. Radishes are very low in carbs and have a very few calories but they are rich in several vitamins and minerals.
No cooking is involved in this recipe. Very simple and easy best ever radish salad recipe. Anyone can try this recipe, even kids can also do it.

Radish Salad Recipe

Radish Salad -- nice side dish for leafy vegetable dals

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large White Radish/ Mullangi
  • 5 to 6 Green Chillis
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Procedure:
  1. Peel the skin and make slices of the white radish.
  2. If the radish is very fat, you can make half and slice it.
  3. Slit green chillis.
  4. In an air tight jar add radish slices.
  5. Add slit green chillis.
  6. Add salt, chili powder.
  7. Mix them well.
  8. Add lemon juice to it.
  9. Squeeze 2 or 4 lemons directly into the radish pieces.
  10. Mix all of them well.
  11. Keep it in an air tight jar.
  12. Allow the radish pieces to rest for five minutes.
  13. Before serving give a nice mix to the radish salad.
  14. Serve radish salad with any leafy vegetable dal.
