Radish Salad -- nice side dish for leafy vegetable dals
Ingredients:
- 1 Large White Radish/ Mullangi
- 5 to 6 Green Chillis
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Procedure:
- Peel the skin and make slices of the white radish.
- If the radish is very fat, you can make half and slice it.
- Slit green chillis.
- In an air tight jar add radish slices.
- Add slit green chillis.
- Add salt, chili powder.
- Mix them well.
- Add lemon juice to it.
- Squeeze 2 or 4 lemons directly into the radish pieces.
- Mix all of them well.
- Keep it in an air tight jar.
- Allow the radish pieces to rest for five minutes.
- Before serving give a nice mix to the radish salad.
- Serve radish salad with any leafy vegetable dal.
