Aam Panna Recipe | How to make Aam Panna Juice | (Raw Mango Juice)

Hi friends, Thank you all for visiting my blog. Today's recipe is raw mango juice or Aam Panna. Preparing aam panna juice recipe at home is really easy and simple. Aam ka panna or aam panna is known as raw mango juice, I have taken this recipe from my mom. She used to give us this juice in afternoons to protect us from summer heat. Easy aam panna recipe is a good source of Vitamin C and a great remedy for heat stroke also. Aam Panna can be prepared with slightly ripen mangoes too. Aam Panna or raw mango juice can be made sweet or salty too. I like sweet raw mango juice only.

Aam Panna

Aam Panna or Raw Mango Juice good source of Vitamin C.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Green Mangoes
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Salt Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Ice Cubes for Garnish
Procedure:
  1. Pressure cook green mangoes for four to five whistles.
  2. Remove the skin and squeeze out the pulp.
  3. Discard the seed out.
  4. Sieve the juice into a wide bowl.
  5. Add sugar and stir well till the sugar dissolves completely.
  6. Now add water and stir.
  7. Add salt, blackk pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder and black salt. Stir well so that all the ingredients mixes well with the juice.
  8. Keep it in the refrigerator for one hour or until serving.
  9. Pour the juice into te serving tumblrs and sprinkle little roasted cumin powder and add one or two ice cubes.
  10. Serve Raw Mango juice or Aam panna chilled.
