Tomato Masala Curry is a good accompaniment for roti, chapati and naans. This curry is made with small tomatoes. Of course I use big tomatoes also and cut them into two or four portions and do it. We need to prepare masala for this curry before hand. I normally prepare the masala using grinding stone i.e. Indian traditional mixi used to grind masalas, chutneys made with stone material.
