Suji Halwa Recipe | How to make Suji Halwa | (Sheera Recipe)

Hi friends, thank you all for visiting my website and @EATeasyvegrecipes youtube channel. Today's recipe is Suji halwa. In a simple way we call it as prasadam or halwa prasadam. Normally this suji ka halwa is offered to Lord Satyanarayana during vratam. Suji ka halwa is an Indian dish prepared with semolina, sugar and milk. Suji halwa can be called as rava kesari with minor changes. In both the recipes suji or rava is fried in ghee. But suji ka halwa takes more ghee than that of rava kesari. And also in rava kesari we use food colour. I always like to prepare it as it is very easy and simple. I offered suji halwa to lord Ganesha also during this ganesh chathurthi season.
