Rava Idli Recipe | How to make Rava Idli | Homemade Rava Idli mix

Hi friends, Thank you for visiting my website. Today's recipe is Rava Idli. In this post I am going to show you how to make rava idli mix at home. Rava Idli is a popular South Indian breakfast recipe. We get instant rava idli mix in the stores. I get it from stores and make rava idli. But one of my aunt suggested me to make rava idli mix at home. She taught me the tips and tricks of making them soft at home. Making rava idli mix at home is very easy, the advantage is we can prepare rava idli whenever we want. We can store the rava idli mix for further use also, if we prepare excess quantity. So I tried and succeeded in making rawa idlies at home and stopped buying ready mix anymore.
Rava idli is made with Sooji or semolina. We call it bombay rava also. We make upma with it.
