Godhuma Rava Upma is a healthy and tummy friendly one pot meal. It can be served for dinner or breakfast.

Procedure:
- Chop all the vegetables. Chop green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai, add all the ingredients under 'For Tadka'.
- When they start spluttering add green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Now add onions fry them till turn into translucent and add tomatoes. Fry them till they become mushy.
- Add all the other vegetables one after the other like carrots, potatoes, beans, pease and capsicum.
- Saute them all well.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Saute them well.
- Add 5 cups of water. The ratio I follow is for 1 cup of daliya add 2 and 1/2 cups of water.
- If we use medium daliya we should add only 4 cups of water.
- Mix it well and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the water starts boiling, simmer the flame, add rawa and mix well.
- Allow this to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame.
- Stirring ocassionally, cover and cook.
- Allow the rawa to cook. Once the rawa is cooked and the moisture in the upma gets dried remove from the flame.
- Serve hot piping broken wheat upma/ Daliya upma/godhuma rawa upma with spicy chutney.
