I learned the poha dosa recipe from my Mother-in-Law. This the best poha dosa recipe I ever tasted. We have to prepare poha dosa batter well in advance. The poha dosa batter should be fermented. So we have to prepare atukula atlu batter well in advance. Fermentation of poha dosa batter depends on the weather conditions of the place we reside. In warm climate fermentation takes fast and in cold climate it takes longer time to ferment. Use only sour curd or buttermilk, this acts as a fermenting agent.Due to it's high fiber content, Poha is excellent for breakfast. It is easy to digest. Poha is also rich source of iron. Poha is also good for weight loss.
