Ingredients:
Senagapappu/Bengal Gram - 1 CupRed Chillies-5 or 6
Garlic Cloves-5 or 6
Salt-to taste
Ghee-1tbsp
Procedure:
Heat ghee in a kadai add senaga pappu, red chillies fry them till they turn light brown.Let them cool, add garlic cloves, salt and grind them by adding water slowly.
The chutney should be a little bit coarse. Serve it with hot rice and ghee.
Dilute this with adding more water and can be served with dosa.
