Nizami Dal Tadka Recipe | How to make Nizami Dal Tadka | (weight loss recipes)

Hi friends, thanks to all of you for visiting my website and @EATeasyvegrecipes. Today's recipe is Nizami dal tadka. The nizami dal tadka is a dal made with 3 lentils. Actually it is mixed dal. nizami dal tadka is a creamy, spicy, and flavorful dal healthy and protien rich food served with roti or Jowar roti. My dietiecian suggests this once in a week for my weight loss. This is the best mixed dal recipe I have ever tasted, it really helps in weith loss and also filling. We can use more than 3 dals also. I normally prefer to use toor dal, chana dal and whole moong. But we can use masoor dal and also black urad also. I prefer not to use urad dal as it is too sticky, with which the dal becomes sticky. I picked this recipe from chef Ranveer Brar youtube channel. We all liked very much from then onwards it added into my menu.
