Tomato Dosa Recipe -- How to make Dosa with Tomato Juice

Tomato Dosa
Tomatoes are very good for health. Tomato dosa, unlike typical dosa, doesn't require any fermentation and no prior preparation is also needed. It can served with any pickle or sauce. This recipe I get to know from my mother-in-law. She picked it from some small scale breakfast center and taught me.

  7. Heat dosa pan, sprinkle some water to check the heat of it. If the pan is too hot wipe it with a wet cloth. The pan should be neither too hot nor too cold.
  8. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it with the pan itself or we can do it slowly with the ladle.
  9. Sprinkle black pepper powder on top of it.
