Tomatoes are very good for health. Tomato dosa, unlike typical dosa, doesn't require any fermentation and no prior preparation is also needed. It can served with any pickle or sauce. This recipe I get to know from my mother-in-law. She picked it from some small scale breakfast center and taught me.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 6 Medium sized
- Ginger - 3" Long
- Garlic - 5 Cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper Powder - a pinch or 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
- Rice Flour - 3 Cups
Procedure:
- Chop tomatoes, ginger and peel the skin of garlic.
- Combine all of them and grind it to make fine juice.
- Sieve it to remove seeds and waste.
- In a deep bottomed vessel, combine all purpose flour and rice flour.
- Add salt to it and mix it well.
- Now slowly add sieved tomato juice to it. Mix thoroughly to make sure that there were no lumps formed.
- Heat dosa pan, sprinkle some water to check the heat of it. If the pan is too hot wipe it with a wet cloth. The pan should be neither too hot nor too cold.
- Pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it with the pan itself or we can do it slowly with the ladle.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder on top of it.
- Add oil and cook for two mins, flip and cook for two more minutes.
- Serve Tomato Dosa with sauce or any pickle.
