We make sesame seed chutney with tamarind. Instead of tamarind we use sour raw mango in summer season. This is also very tasty and easy to make chutney. It is a good accompaniment for rice and roti. Actually these is no cooking part in this recipe, only grinding is involved in it.

Ingredients:
- Sesame Seeds - 1/2 cup
- Raw Mango - 1
- Green Chillies - 5 to 7
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Red Chillies - 1
- Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Procedure:
- Peel the skin of mango and cut into pieces.
- Add raw mango pieces, sesame seeds, green chillies and salt in the blender jar.
- Grind it to a fine paste. Add water if necessary.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and red chillie.
- When they splutter add asafoetida. Add this tadka to the above chutney.
- Serve raw mango sesame chutney with rice or roti.
