
Aam Panna or Raw Mango Juice good source of Vitamin C.
Ingredients:
- 2 Green Mangoes
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Salt Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Ice Cubes for Garnish
Procedure:
- Pressure cook green mangoes for four to five whistles.
- Remove the skin and squeeze out the pulp.
- Discard the seed out.
- Sieve the juice into a wide bowl.
- Add sugar and stir well till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Now add water and stir.
- Add salt, blackk pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder and black salt. Stir well so that all the ingredients mixes well with the juice.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for one hour or until serving.
- Pour the juice into te serving tumblrs and sprinkle little roasted cumin powder and add one or two ice cubes.
- Serve Raw Mango juice or Aam panna chilled.
