Radish normally used in paranthas and some people use them in
sambar. We can make use of radish in many ways. It is very easy to prepare this recipe. These cut radishes can be taken with any dal.
Radishes are rice sources of folic acid and potassium.
Ingredients:
Mullangi or Radish-1 large
Green chilies-4 or 5
Salt- to taste
Red chili powder-1tbsp
Lemon juice-3 (of lemons)
Procedure:
Peel the skin and cut radish into slices. Split green chilies.
Add salt, chili powder and lemon juice to it. Mix them well. Keep it in a air tight jar.
