Raw Mango Juice -- How to make Raw Mango Juice -- Aam Panna Recipe

Raw mango juice is a very simple and healthy juice. Aam ka panna or aam panna is known as taught to my mom by her elder sister.  She used to give us this juice in afternoons to protect us from summer heat. It is a good source of Vitamin C and a great remedy for heat stroke also. I make it in two ways to have some sweet and spicy taste. 


Raw Mango - 1
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 3 cups
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes - For seasoning


Method 1:

Pressure cook mango for three whistles.
Take the skin off and mash it get pulp. Sieve the juice. 
Add water and sugar, mix well. 
Serve raw mango juice with seasoned ice cubes.

Method 2:

Repeat the above process and add black pepper powder, black salt, salt and roasted cumin powder. Mix well. 
Serve it with seasoned ice cubes.
I normally prefer to serve it chill instead of ice cubes.
