Pudina Paani -- Pudina Water -- Mint Juice -- How to make Pudina Juice -- Pudina Sherbet

Pudina Paani is a refreshing and common coolant during the summer season. Vendors keep stalls on the road side in this season. I wish to take it whenever I go out but scare about the water they use. Meanwhile one day in some paper the recipe is given with the photograph of a vendor. So I tried it once. It was nice. Whoever tasted it outside and also the one which I gave told me that both have the same taste. Rather it is tastier than it and of course healthier too. 
Making it is very easy and we can refrigerate it for two days also. 

Ingredients:

Mint Leaves/ Pudina - 1/2 cup
Dry Mango powder/Aam Chur Powder - 1/4 tsp
Jal Jheera - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Salt/Kaalaa Namak - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder/Kaala Mirch Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 lemon
Water - 3 cups
Ice Cubes

Procedure:

Discard the leaves from stems and wash and drain water.
Add all the above ingredients except water in a blender.
Blend them to make a paste out of it. If necessary add 1/2 cup of water or less than that.
Take this paste into a large vessel and pour water. Add lemon juice to it and mix it well.
To mix all the ingredients properly, pour the juice in a tumbler and again pour it in the vessel and do it repeatedly.
Refrigerate it for one or two hours and serve.
Pour Mint juice in the serving glasses and drop one or two ice cubes and serve.
